• Sam Darby knows development financing and has wide experience in working with municipalities and financial institutions. In addition, he has helped commercial clients,  manufacturing companies and non-profit organizations utilize industrial development programs and obtain tax-exempt bond financing.
• David Tenzer has served as general counsel for several early-stage technology companies, representing them and their principals in multiple rounds of venture capital financing. He also has represented financial institutions and their clients in commercial loan transactions.
